Program Requirements for Undergraduate Scholarships at Sampoerna School of Business in Jakarta
Academic Criteria
Applicants must have graduated with a recognized academic report (grades 10 to 12) or achieved a minimum average of 7.00 from their Surat Tanda Kelulusan (STK) or Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) and/or Madrasah.
Documentation Requirements
- Completed and signed application package
- Certified copy of academic transcripts (Buku Rapor) from grades 10 to 12
- Recent utility bill for the applicant’s home, or proof of rent payments if applicable
- A confirmed copy of the home card (Kartu Keluarga)
- A current passport or KTP national ID
- National ID or passport copy of the parent or guardian
- A recent salary slip from the parent or guardian
- Two references, including:
- One recommendation letter from the high school principal
- One recommendation letter from a high school teacher
Financial Support
- Scholarships available
- Student financing options offered
Award Duration
The financial support will be available for a maximum of four years, which is the standard duration for completing the academic program. No extensions will be granted.

Only completed applications will be considered by Sampoerna School of Business. Those on the short list will receive invitations to subsequent rounds of selection.
If required, supporting documents must be notarized as authentic copies by a university (for school transcripts), a public notary, or other authorized personnel. Please do not submit original documents. If necessary, the Sampoerna University of Commerce may seek original papers; nevertheless, it shall not be liable for their handling or return.
